Job Title - Contracts Manager
Location - West Yorkshire Base, National Projects
Salary - Up to £50,000 + Car & excellent benefits

We are working with an innovative design and build company with a strong reputation for delivering high quality value for money solutions across a variety of market sectors. They are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to provide effective management on projects from £1M-£7M in value.

This company's success derives from the way they deliver their modular design and build projects by challenging the norm, finding innovative ways of working and utilising modern methods of construction to deliver the best design and delivery solutions for their customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven Contracts Manager with experience gained within a main contractor or off-site environment, with proven ability to manage construction projects across a variety of sectors.

Experience:

  • Quantifiable Contracts Management Experience with a Mainstream Contractor
  • A history of performing this role on Contracts of £1M-£7M in value
  • Excellent sub-contractor procurement and management skills
  • Experience of interim valuations and settling final accounts
  • A strong track record of Safety Management and a 'Safety First' approach


Requirements:

  • CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid
  • Educated to a degree level, minimum HND
  • Preferably a member of CIOB


Package:

  • Salary of £45,000 - £50,000
  • Company Pension
  • Excellent Benefits Package
