Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Hampshire & South East
Sector: Steel Structures - Sub Contractor
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance

Are you a highly professional Contracts Manager with excellent communication and client management skills? This is your chance to head up the Steel Structures division of this business, reporting to the directors and taking control of up to 20 concurrent projects from pre-construction to final account.
With up to 10 projects at 'live' stage at any one time, your time would be spent between head office, site visits and home working when necessary. You will need to develop close working relationships in this tightly knit business, with a design manager and site manager reporting directly to you. The business has firmly established its sweet spot over the years and specialise in structural works of £50,000 - £300,000 in value.
Character fit is essential for this business. As a close team working with many repeat clients, a high calibre of communication and client management skills is essential.
We are specifically interested in the following candidate profile:
- Experience as a sub-contractor's Contracts Manager
- Good steel work knowledge - an understanding of its technical capabilities and best applications
- Excellent relationship management skills - you will be the face of the business with key, repeat clients
