Salary: c. £50,000 + Car & Package

- A long-established business with an excellent reputation in the market
Are you a construction Contracts Manager with Modular Building experience? This business has been trading for over fifty years and has firmly established itself as a go-to manufacturer of Modular Buildings for use across a wide range of sectors including commercial, education, defence, healthcare and housing.
You will take the lead on multiple projects in varying stages from pre-construction through to final account. Strong client management skills are essential in maintain strong relationships with tier 1 contractors, end clients and developers. Regular travel is to be expected, with stays away form home being fully expensed by the employer.
We are specifically interested in candidates who:
- Hold Black CSCS Card & SMSTS
- Have a strong working knowledge of Modular Building
- Can showcase proven experience in a Contracts Manager role
- Maintain up to date and through knowledge of building regulations and HSE laws
