Job Title: Contracts Manager
Sector: Timber Frame Construction
Location: Home Counties
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Car and Package

- Projects across residential, education, commercial, passivhaus
Covering projects across the Home Counties and South of England, you can expect to play a key role in the successful and profitable delivery of timber framing projects. This well-established contractor has completed a number of award-winning buildings, often recognised for their environmental efficiency.
Ideally, you will come from a carpentry background with strong construction management skills and experience of working alongside tier one main contractors and developers. You can expect a supportive working culture and a tightly knit team with long term opportunities to grow into a more senior role.
The role:
- Oversee timber frame construction projects
- Anticipate and respond to commercial and contractual issues
- Chair site meetings with regular client updates
- Liaise with manufacturing and logistics teams
- Review RAMS and site planning
