Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: M62 Corridor
Sector: Timber Frame
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Car & Package
- Are you a Contracts Manager with a background in Offsite Construction?
- Can you manage multiple sites working with a regional developer client group?
You will be at the forefront of project delivery for this timber frame manufacturer. Covering multiple sites along the M62 corridor, your knowledge of managing supply and install contracts will be essential in delivering schemes on time and on budget.
Running jobs up to £3M per contract, with up to six live contracts at any one time, you will be responsible for managing performance ion site and liaising with production and design teams to ensure the smooth and successful completion of each install.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven track record of delivering offsite construction projects
- Experience of framing is essential with a particular focus on timber systems - SIPs, Timber Frame, CLT, Glulam
- Strong client facing skills with experience of working with a developer client group
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- CSCS Black, SMSTS, First Aid - essential
- Appointed Person for Lifting - desirable
