Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively managing contracts
- Responsibility for day to day operation & maintenance
- Evaluate and improve overall engineering operations
- Scheduling, Engineering and Service performance
- Developing Contracts
Background Required:
- Experience working as an Contracts Manager
- Strong technical knowledge of Energy Centres / Utility Plant, CHP, Heat Pumps, Gas Engines, Generators, Boilers, district heating networks or similar
- Knowledge of ESCO (desirable)
- Experience as Contracts Manager, Operations Manager or similar
- Electrical or Mechanical qualifications or time served (NVQ, HNC or equivalent)
