I am currently representing a regional main contractor, who are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to head up various schemes across Shropshire & surrounding areas. The scope of works will include overseeing various sites with values up to £15m, being the main point of contact between the client, sub contractors & the contractor as well as reporting into the board of directors.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple schemes up £15m.

Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple sites
  • Overall progress reports into higher management/directors
  • Sub-contractor Procurement
  • Material Procurement
  • Programming
  • Overseeing Site Management & engineering

Remuneration

  • Up to £60,000 salary
  • Pension
