Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the Regional Director you will cover projects in West Hampshire and Dorset. Working closely with the project leads across a number of projects, you will provide support to the site teams ensuring accuracy of all aspects of construction whilst maintaining the highest standards in safety, quality and programme monitoring, providing sound advice, guidance and support to the team both before and during the construction phase.
As a Contracts Manager, you will be expected to promote the wellbeing of your teams and ensure that an inclusive workplace where diversity of thought, backgrounds and
experience is actively encouraged and achieved.
What do we need from you?
You will have a degree or equivalent qualification in a construction related subject and have knowledge of contract conditions and law within the industry. Also, you will have sound commercial awareness with a commitment to health & safety and risk management.
