Our client are looking for a contracts manager to work in the Oxford shire area on residential and commercial refurb properties, values ranging from £500k to £5M
Knowledge of Construction Programming techniques and software
? Significant knowledge of construction-related health & safety, CDM 2015, etc.
? Construction Related Qualification NVQ4/HNC or equivalent
? Sound knowledge of MS Suite software
? Significant experience in managing major construction projects with a value in excess of £5m
? Significant experience of delivering a variety of builds in parallel, to time and to budget
? Significant experience of optimising value and cash flow when delivering construction projects
? Experienced in working on Historic refurbishment Projects
? Experienced in working on LA owned buildings/Projects
? Experience with MS Project
? Experience with JCT & NEC3 Contracts
? Excellent interpersonal skills tuned to manage the needs and requirements of a number of different stakeholders in order to ensure projects are completed to the required standards, time frames and costs
