Experienced contracts manager required for local maintenance contractor based in Wiltshire

works include:

    • Dealing with any variations and liaising with the client
    • Attending site meetings to monitor progress (pre-start, progress etc.)
    • Acting as the main point of contact and escalation point for clients and site managers
    • Working with third parties/subcontractors to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
    • Working alongside the Site Manager, making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards and client expectations
    • Project invoicing
    • Completion of O&M Manual
