Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: South East
Sector: Permanent Modular Buildings
Salary: £60,000 + Company Car & Package

  • Are you an experienced contracts manager with a background in modular building?
  • Would you enjoy working within a busy contracts team covering jobs across the South East?

Based from home, you can expect to manage 2-3 jobs across education, healthcare, retail or commercial sectors. You will be involved form pre-construction to handover, taking responsibility for the profitable and timely delivery of new build modular construction projects.

A black or white CSCS card is essential and candidates will also need strong experience of managing fit out works. Reporting to a divisional manager, you will be working in a busy contracts team alongside an existing team of eight including contracts managers and site supervisors. Working with a large, long established and national business, you can expect strong job security with excellent continuity of work and a strong reputation.

  • Have a background in modular building
  • Possess a Black or White CSCS card and SMSTS
  • Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to run multiple projects at once
  • Approach their work with high levels of professionalism with well-developed client management skills
