We're looking for a Contracts Manager to join our Regional Build team based in Nottingham. Within this role, you can enjoy you can enjoy remote working, flexible hours and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities and even more.
Location: Nottingham - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
As a Contracts Manager, you'll be working within the Nottingham team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.
Your day to day will include:

Managing the efficient and economical execution of contracts under the main contract conditions, producing the maximum return to the company to promote on-going and future work with clients and consultants.

Working in conjunction with the Project Manager, ensuring accurate construction whilst maintaining quality and progress.

Responsible for providing sound advice, guidance and support to the project team throughout pre-construction and construction phases.

To promote the wellbeing of your teams and ensure that an inclusive workplace where diversity of thought, backgrounds and experience is actively encouraged and achieved.

Who are we looking for?

A degree or equivalent qualification in a construction related subject

Knowledge of contract conditions and law within the industry

You will have sound commercial awareness with a commitment to health & safety and risk management.
