With over 30 years trading in the passive fire sector, our client, one of the fastest growing passive fire companies in the UK is looking for a Contracts Manager to take control of a brand new healthcare contract in Newcastle.
The chosen candidate will be based on site with occasional trips to head office being required for project update meetings with the Regional Director. This will be a rolling yearly £2.5m contract that will carry out renovations and upgrades to compartmentation, fire doors and passive fire stopping throughout the Building/s.
We are looking for somebody who has a vast knowledge of passive fire/fire door sector, with a wealth of experience delivering large projects for main contractors. Given the nature of the project we are looking for somebody who is able to effectively communicate with both colleagues, stakeholders and the end client to ensure an effective project delivery.
Typical Duties
- Effective management of both Internal and External stakeholders
- Overseeing of project P&L
- Producing site files and documentation
- Oversee overall output on site
- Liaise and update both end client and Regional Director of on site progress
- Develop scope of works
