Contracts Manager - Interior fitouts
A privately run commercial fit out contractor that offers autonomy and progression. They specialise in prestigious Commercial Office refits, across London and home Counties. They are looking for a dynamic, driven individual, who is confident in attending Client meetings. The Company has a key requirement for an PM/ Contract Manager for interior fit outs and refurbishment projects ranging in values from £1500 to £1 million in value- full development training will be provided. Must be based within a commutable distance of Marlow.

As the successful Contracts Manager for Interior Fit outs

    Contract Manager will be responsible for material take off then to source/ price check to secure best price Contract Manager will manage site safety inductions and monitor and enforce site safety processes Contract Manager will be responsible for overall project delivery, delivering on time and within budget Contract Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining an accurate cost base for pricing budgets, to tight deadlines Contract Manager to have the ability to understand BOQ's and Drawings for take off and specification revision updates Contract Manager to receive £35k-£45k basic dependent on experience plus package

To qualify as the Contract Manager for Interior Fit outs

    Contract Manager will need to have strong IT skills, including but not limited to Excel at an intermediate level Contract Manager to be a commutable distance to Marlow Contract Manager to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction interior fit outs and refurbishment sector

Contracts Manager - Interior Fitouts: - Up to £35k - £45k basic + Car allowance + Holiday + Benefits
