A leading specialist in modular construction solutions are looking to secure the professional services of an experienced Offsite Contracts Manager.
Working across a diverse range of services, candidates can expect to manage new build, fit out and refurbishment Modular projects within commercial, residential, education and infrastructure projects.
For a number of years, this business has exceeded the performance of traditional build with the speed of modular.
Requirements:
- Black CSCS Card, SMSTS
- A proven track record of delivering design and build construction contracts from inception to handover
- A flexible and committed mentality
- The ability and willingness to travel on a nationwide basis
- Excellent personnel and sub-contractor management skills
- A professional manner with client facing experience
