My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team due to successfully winning new projects.

They provide contracting and project management services for full turnkey residential projects, both new build and refurbishment.

What does a Project Manager role entail?

  • Risk Management
  • Change Management
  • Budgeting and Cost Control
  • Subcontractor Management
  • Compliance and Legal Oversight
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Quality Assurance
  • Stakeholder Communication

Requirements for the Site Manager role:

  • Must be from a main contractor background
  • Must have experience overseeing 3 or more projects of up to 10 mil in value within the residential sector
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
