Location: London

Contract: Permanent - Full time

Salary: Up to £30K + 26 days of annual leave + Benefits



Responsibilities

As Control Centre Operator, you'll support the team as a single point of contact and incident response service via a 24-hour service control centre providing support to our London contracts.

Your day to day will include:

  • Operating with visual display units and other IT related equipment
  • Interpreting geographical information using GIS tools
Who are we looking for?

This role of Control Centre Operator is great for you if you can:

  • Comfortably communicate across different levels and work as a team / under own instruction effectively
  • Multi-task in a high-pressure environment
  • Use Microsoft Office 2000 application such as Word, Excel and Outlook
