About the role

We are looking for a Control Panel Workshop Manager to join the team to manage the end to end process of procuring materials and constructing electrical control panels. In this role, you will be assisting with the pricing of control panels, liaising with design and project delivery teams to ensure timescales and deadlines are met, along with undertaking the physical construction of control panels and supervising others. As Workshop Manager, you will be managing the workshop safety in line with H&S policies and procedures, producing risk assessments and methods statements, as well as taking ownership of the organisation of the workshop and deliveries.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in the role, you will hold experience within in a similar role along with an industry applicable ONC/ HNC/ B.Eng or NVQ equivalent. You will hold excellent knowledge and understanding of electrical safety procedures and able to read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams.
