Responsibilities:
- Commissioning and testing BMS systems (Trend/Tridium or similar) to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and control strategies.
- Configuring and integrating BMS hardware and software, including graphics, point mapping, and alarms.
- Troubleshooting, fault-finding, and resolving on-site commissioning issues.
- Collaborating with project managers, design teams, and clients to deliver high-standard installations.
- Supporting project handover with full documentation, training, and operational support.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience commissioning BMS systems - ideally Trend, Tridium, or similarStrong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and building services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills - able to work across teams and with clients.
- EU work authorisation.
- Spanish or English fluency (both ideal).
