I am looking to appoint several Covid Enforcement Officers in the next few weeks to work for the local authority in Redcar. Work is ongoing until September at a minimum.
With lock down easing, my client is looking for candidates who have came from a background in a role in which they have enforced rules and regulations on behalf of their employer. This is crucial to this role as candidates need to be confident enough to calmly and professionally deal with members of the public and follow the correct procedures in terms of handing out fines where needed.
My client has expressed an interest in splitting the week between working as a Covid Enforcement Officer and a Track and Trace worker. Track and Trace will be home based and all of the IT equipment will be provided by the client. The enforcement officer role will be in and around Redcar on foot and in 'hotspot' areas.
Hours are 37.5 a week but across a seven day rota so it can be any five days out of seven including weekends and some early evenings.
Hourly rate is to be confirmed.
