Are you passionate about the power of words? Do you love crafting stories that connect, inspire, and drive action? We're looking for a Creative Copywriter to join a forward-thinking brand and marketing team, where you'll play a key role in shaping how we speak and what we say.

In this role, you'll create compelling, audience-focused content across a range of formats - from campaign headlines and social posts to press releases, project stories, and long-form articles. You'll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and internal teams to bring our projects, people, and purpose to life through sharp, consistent, and meaningful messaging.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Craft engaging content across digital, print, and internal platforms
  • Develop and evolve tone of voice to ensure consistency and authenticity
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, accessible copy for varied audiences
  • Collaborate with creatives and marketers to bring big ideas to life
  • Produce PR-ready materials including bios, statements, and releases
  • Support bid submissions with standout creative writing
  • Feed into content strategy and campaign planning
  • Use performance insights to refine and improve messaging

What You'll Bring:

  • Ideally 3-5 years' experience in copywriting, content, communications, or editorial
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • A flexible tone and strong sense of narrative across formats and channels
  • Organisational finesse and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Familiarity with CMS, email platforms, and social tools is a plus
  • Interest in content metrics and a drive to continuously improvement
