Credit Control Assistant - (4 day work week after probation) - Bromley - £25,000 plus excellent benefits!
My client, a bespoke residential Block Management firm based in Bromley, are seeking a Credit Control Assistant to join their growing team.

For the last year, the company have been trialling out the four day work week pilot, they foresee this continuing however this is subject to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the credit control inbox, triaging and tagging emails for team action.
- Responding to leaseholder queries via email and phone, including payment plans, payment confirmations, and disputes.
- Handling handover balance requests and providing supporting documentation.
- Liaising with property managers and external debt collection solicitors on complex cases and arrears.
- Maintaining accurate records of payment arrangements and tracking them regularly.
- Assisting with legal instructions and documentation for solicitors.
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supporting the wider credit control team and assisting with process improvements.

Hours:
- After a 6 month probation: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, work from home 5 days / month
- During 6 month probation: office based in Bromley Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
