We have an exciting new opportunity to recruit a CRM Manager to have responsibility for the development, execution and continuous refinement of the CRM tool.
Key Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will provide strategic analysis of pipeline, prospects, and cross selling at a Group level through the use of the CRM tool powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll play a key role in assimilating data across the business on pipeline and opportunities as well as customer relationship, satisfaction levels and competitor and consultant analysis to support business decision making. In addition, the CRM Manager will support and empower the business by providing key reporting and metrics that can be used as evidence in targeted bids.
What are we looking for from you?
An effective change manager and able to bring people along the journey. You'll have experience of maintaining a large multi-user CRM system with a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI. You'll also have an ability to translate complex data analytics into simple reporting and communicate effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency with MS Office including Excel is essential and able to challenge traditional thinking.
