We're looking for a Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) Product Owner to join our Construction business.

Location: Flexible on location with ad-hoc travel to the Construction offices as required. Please enquire for further detail.

Contract: Permanent, full time - flexible hours available if desired, just let us know.

Responsibilities

This role will support the Business Systems Team in roll-out, training, support and maintenance of the existing Dynamics platform. They will be responsible for the production of key reports for Construction and will liaise with various stakeholders including the Group CRM Manager to drive standard and consistent outputs whilst ensuring change management is being undertaken to drive continual improvements.

Your day to day will include:

  • The main point of contact for the construction business collaborating with the leads for Infrastructure, Utilities, Group and IT
  • Conducting reporting and analysis of pipeline, prospects and cross selling at a Construction level through the use of the Microsoft Dynamics tool.
  • Supporting the BU to implement, manage and analyse its Microsoft Dynamics CRM tool.
  • Requirements gathering, analysis and prioritisation in line with the Group's CRM upgrade programme.
  • Be the main product advocate across Construction managing stakeholders at various levels
  • Undertake training sessions users with different levels of IT capability and knowledge of Dynamics. They will need to be mobile to support this.
  • Manage a network of superusers keeping them up to date with the latest changes so that they can then disseminate to local users
  • To have responsibility of change management and development of the Microsoft Dynamics roadmap
  • Develop and/or sign-off requirements for future developments and agree with Group Business Systems Manager manage the completion of these with WiPro/Acumine
  • Manage the testing of system developments prior to implementation
  • Co-ordinating workshops to develop and hone requirements; acting as the conduit between the business and the IT development team and manage the Kier IT change approval processes for any developments to the system
  • Manage exception reporting and existing system views/reports that apply to all of Construction and support the development of new ones as required

    Who are we looking for?
  • An experienced user of Dynamics 365 Sales (3+years). Ideally with a background in construction so you are familiar with construction sales processes
  • Experience of maintaining a large multi-user CRM system
  • Proficient with MS PowerBI and MS Office
