The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced CSA Design Lead to join their team on a major data centre project in Lisbon. This senior role will lead the design engineering function and coordinate multidisciplinary design delivery on a fast-track, highly technical project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client-facing design coordination across all disciplines
Manage in-house designers and external consultants to meet programme milestones
Oversee design workshops, technical submittals, RFIs, and IFC releases
Chair weekly design coordination meetings and manage design risk and change control
Coordinate contractor drawings, as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and handover requirements
Manage LEED design requirements and ensure compliance with quality and QA/QC processes
Skills & Experience
Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline
Minimum 8 years' experience leading design delivery on large-scale construction projects
Strong design management and multidisciplinary coordination experience
Data centre project experience highly desirable
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
