CSCS Handyperson required for on going work on our Client site based in Ware, Hertfordshire.
Duration: on going
Rate: up to £16
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial property and residential complexes
- Ensure work is carried out within deadlines
- Ensure all works are carried out within health and safety legislation
- Produce detailed reports
- Carpentry (hanging doors, fencing, repairs to door closers)
- Basic electrics (replacement of lamps and fittings, for example)
- Basic Plumbing (leak repairs, replacement fittings but no gas work)
- Roofing (leak locating and preventing)
- Decorating (external and internal)
- General Maintenance (gutter repairs, replacing glass, sealants etc)
- Site up keep and external maintenance (cleaning and mowing)
Requirements:
- Base trade qualifications
- Own hand tools
- Right to work in UK
- Experience proven by reference
