Location: York Employment Type: Temporary - 1 week Start Date: 17/11/2025 Pay Rate: £15.00PAYE
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer to assist with the final clean and preparation of an industrial unit ready for handover. This is a hands-on role that requires good attention to detail and a proactive attitude to keep the site clean, tidy, and compliant with handover standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sweeping up and removing debris from work areas.
Cleaning floors, walls, and general surfaces inside the unit.
Assisting with final site tidy-up before client handover.
Moving and disposing of waste materials safely.
Working as part of a small team to ensure the unit is presented to a high standard.
Following all site health and safety procedures.
Requirements
Valid CSCS card (essential).
Due to location it would be ideal for the candidate to have their own transport
Previous site labouring or cleaning experience preferred.
Punctual, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Safety boots, hi-vis, and PPE required.
Positive attitude and willingness to get the job done.
