As a
Customer Service Representative, you'll be on the frontlines helping customers through calls and inquiries, providing top-notch service while promoting store traffic and engagement. Your energy, empathy, and efficiency will help maintain loyalty and keep our customer base thriving.

Salary: PHP 50,000 to PHP 55,000

The Qualifications We Seek
Minimum 1 year of Spanish bilingual experience in customer service, sales, or upselling roles
Commitment to delivering friendly, helpful, and professional customer service
Proficient in English
Ability to work quickly and efficiently while displaying high attention to detail
Good computer skills with the ability to navigate mobile devices and Microsoft Office products
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
Ability to multi-task
Your Daily Tasks
Perform all daily tasks with a positive attitude and a focus on the four core company values - Respect, Help, Learn & Grow
Answer customer service phone calls throughout your scheduled shift
Listen to and interact with customers to deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service
Evaluate customer issues and provide actionable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Drive retail traffic to the stores by collecting customers' information and providing them with requested information
Educate customers on upcoming events, sales promotions, and other important information
Meet personal and team performance goals, while participating in regular performance check-ins with your supervisor
Abide by the Company Playbook, including all policies, safety guidelines, and SOPs
Learn new skills, assist teammates, and complete other tasks as directed
