We at Protocol are working with an established college group in the Worcestershire area to recruit a Curriculum Administrator in Supported Learning for 3 or more full days a week on a temporary ongoing basis.

This college prides itself on having a strong focus both on students and on meeting industry needs. This establishment offer both Vocational and Higher Education Courses, having been granted Degree Awarding Powers by the Privy Council this college's HE courses are equal to any university.

Role responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the Supported Learning, Schools & Re-Engagement (Worcestershire) Directorate staff and students. This will include using a variety of IT software packages such as Google, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel etc. to produce correspondence, documents and maintain records, spreadsheets and databases
Providing excellent customer service and support managing telephone, electronic and personal enquiries, dealing with these where appropriate, escalating where necessary, or liaising with other internal functions.
Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and document management.
Will be required to assist with enrolments and admissions.
Convening and minuting meetings including diary management.
Assisting students, staff and visitors with enquiries.
Ensuring the collection and distribution of post.


The person & qualifications
GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or Level 2 equivalent qualification.
Working knowledge of information technology such as e-mail, the internet and other software applications.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Demonstrates an understanding of working within a confidential environment.
Experience of working within a busy office environment, including successfully managing a full workload and meeting deadlines.
