NEEDED URGENTLY

Customer Care Operative (£8.97 paye) Temp role based in Nottingham 37.5 hours a week

Company

You will be working for a large Social Housing Organisation based in Nottingham and London, giving you an ideal opportunity to enhance your career and CV.

Job Role

You will be managing the customer Care complaints inbox and tracking queues in the CRM system.

You will be looking through a complaint and interpreting the information.

This role involves minimal phone work.

You will work 37.5 hours a week.

Person

You will have previous experience in a similar environment

You will have a good attention to detail.

You will be educated to a minimum GSCE or equivalent in English Language, and have good IT skills

Excellent Microsoft office skills - intermediate to advanced

Exceptional written English skills

Previous experience of CRM systems would be an advantage
