Pye Homes have an opportunity within their Head Office team for an experienced and capable Administrator. Reporting to the Customer Liaison Manager this is a busy role responsible for supporting the customer care liaison manager and the administration team. Pye Homes, now part of the Blenheim Group is an award-winning property developer, established in 1927, with a recognised tradition of building high-quality new homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Logging and responding to customers' reports and general enquiries by phone and email.
  • Instructing the appropriate sub-contractor to attend works.
  • Managing the customer care technicians' diary and work schedules.
  • Management and coordination of works with sub-contractors and customers.
  • Liaison with housing associations to book inspections and manage the works generated.
  • Compilation of the department monthly and annual reports to detail labour and site costs and to identify recurring issues.
  • Attending and presenting the reports at the monthly departmental meeting.
  • General administration, filing, mailshots and maintaining customer records.

What we are looking for:

  • Good computer skills including Word and Excel.
  • Eque2 knowledge desirable but not essential.
  • Experience gained within customer care.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Friendly and approachable.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • A flexible approach and a willingness to learn.

This is a full-time Permanent Position. Hours: Monday - Friday, 09.00-17.15
