Customer Care Co-ordinator Job in Leicester

I have a Customer Care Co-ordinator Job with a top 10 housebuilder based in Leicester. They are looking to add an experienced Customer Care Co-ordinator to join their already well-established team. The role offers a basic salary of up to £25,000 + bonus + commission.

As one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK, our client has over 5,000 employees across 30 office locations. The successful candidate will need to able to communicate effectively with customers, site managers and contractors to ensure all issues are resolved quickly. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Customer Care.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer telephone enquires
  • Communicate and co-ordinate sub-contractors
  • Keep up to date and enter customer data via the companies database
  • Support the delivery of a great customer experience
  • Make sure you address all departmental mail/emails
  • Give feedback on items raised and put focus on repeat issues and trends
  • Requisition of items required for works
  • Assist the internal trade diary

Required Skills & Experience

  • Clear Communicator with the ability to use positive language
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with everybody in the office and on site
  • Brilliant customer service skills, make sure you're willing to go that extra mile
  • Extremely organised and have an eye for attention to detail
  • Be able to manage your time efficiently
  • Willing to be as team player by being flexible and getting involved in a wide range of tasks
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Customer Care experience with a housebuilder desirable
