Description: Customer Care Co-Ordinator

Start Date: Immediately

Location: Leeds

Monday - Friday, Office based. 9am - 5pm/8am - 4pm

Role & Responsibilities:

  • To provide pro-active customer service over the phone and administration support for the team
  • Answering calls and dealing with customer queries

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Construction or Facilities Management
  • Able to provide good Customer Service
  • Maintain a polite, diligent, positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Knowledge of the construction industry
  • Able to provide 2 up to date references
