Customer Care Coordinator Job in Northamptonshire
I have Customer Care Coordinator job with a top 10 housebuilder based in Northamptonshire. My client is looking for someone who preferably comes from a customer care background with another housebuilder, but will also be willing to speak to people who come from a customer service background in a different industry
With nearly 1,200 employees spread across 9 offices throughout the UK, my client has been building houses for over 50 years. They are looking to add a Customer Care Coordinator to their well established customer care team in the South Midlands. There are around 12 sites with over 900 units being in warranty and being managed by the customer care team. Your role is to provide an efficient and professional customer care service to the purchasers post completion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deal with incoming calls relating to customer care
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
- Communicate well with the Technicians and sub contactors
- Check that work has been carried out to the satisfaction of the buyers
- Keep an organised record of all work carried out on systems
- Categorise the work that needs doing, so bigger issues are resolved quicker
- Attend meetings that will improve your performance
- Comply and uphold company policy
Required Skills & Experience
- Customer service experience necessary, especially within an office environment
- Experience of customer service with a housebuilder desirable
- Experience with CRM software
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task different jobs
- Have reasonable knowledge with Microsoft office
- Being self motivated whilst working in a team
- Resilient and tenacious
- Able to be flexible and adaptable to change
- Educated to GCSE standard including Maths & English
