Customer Care Coordinator Job in Leicester, Leicestershire

Customer Care Coordinator job working for one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK. Our client is looking for a Coordinator who has experience in property for their office in Leicester. The role is offering a salary of up to £26,000 + Company Van + 5% bonus + Survey Commission.

Employing over 4000 people and delivering around 15,000 homes a year, our client is recognised as one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK. They are now looking for a Coordinator to join their busy Customer Care team.

Role & Responsibilities

- Providing effective support to homeowners
- Ensuring communication with customers regarding defects are dealt with in a professional manner
- Work and communicate closely with other departments to ensure KPI's across the company are achieved
- Respond to all incoming communications from homeowners in accordance with company guidelines
- Issue works orders to maintenance operatives and sub-contractors and monitoring progress
- Carry out general administration duties.

Required Skills & Experience

- Previous Customer Care experience
- Experience within the property sector is desirable
- Literate in IT and Microsoft
- Knowledge of COINS.
