Customer Care Coordinator Job in Plymouth (Part Time)

Customer Care Coordinator job working for one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK. Our client is looking for someone with Customer Care experience to join their busy team in Plymouth on a 3-4 day basis, working 7 hours a day which can be flexible depending on experience. The role is looking to pay a salary up to £22,500 (Pro-Rata) + 25 days holiday.

Employing over 4000 people and building 13,500 homes a year around the country, our client is recognised as one of the biggest housebuilders.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Log/Run all events including 3-day site visits, new homes demos and 7-day forms
  • Make 8-week customer care calls - Which are attended by Sites, Sales, Managers and Head of Customer Care when available.
  • Co-ordinator will run these calls and take notes against each plot
  • Make 3,5-,7- and 9-month calls to check in with customers
  • Raising purchase orders and invoicing
  • Allow time to control Customer Care inbox and personal inbox
  • Chase Site and Sub Contractors for appointments
  • Make daily phone calls and attend site visits when required
  • Retain and build rapports with all customers and staff members
  • Abide by company policies at all times.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Customer facing experience
  • Strong Customer skills
  • Able to work individually and in a team
  • Good level of computer literacy including Word and Excel
  • Excellent telephone manner is essential.
