Customer Care Coordinator Job in Solihull, Midlands

Customer Care Coordinator job working for a regional developer that operate throughout the Midlands. Our client is looking for someone who has experience in housebuilding and strong experiences customer service experience. They are offering a salary of £28,000 + 24 days holiday and the chance to work in a brand-new office.

Our client is a regional housebuilder that operate in the most sought-after locations in the Midlands. With over 50 years' experience providing quality housebuilding, their developments attract buyers who value uniqueness and homes built to the highest possible standard.

Role & Responsibilities

- Be the first point of contact to deal with customer queries in a professional manner
- Answer and respond to all customer calls and emails regarding their property repairs, dealing with them empathetically, professionally, and positively
- Ensure all queries are answered and resolved within agreed timescales
- Abide by the principles that our set out in the Customer journey programme at all times
- Maintain regular communication and keep updated with customers
- Manage the defects systems to ensure all issues are recorded
- Process visit reports following internal home visits by logging all information onto the system
- Carry out general administrative duties relevant to the Customer Service team
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, site managers and sub-contractors to ensure that all associated works are carried out at designated times.
- Assist and report into the Customer Care Manager to prepare informative.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in the property sector
- Knowledge of the COINS system
- Knowledge of the NHBC standards.
