Customer Care Manager Job in South London
I have a Customer Care Manager job working for a top 10 UK housebuilder. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who have experience in snagging inspections. This role is looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Discretionary Bonus.
Our client is a nationally recognised housebuilder that operate in London, South East, and the Midlands. They are now looking to add a Customer Care Manager to cover two developments in South London.
Role & Responsibilities
- Undertake acceptance of completed properties
- Carry out demonstrations for new customers
- Investigate and resolve warranty and defect issues that have been raised by customers
- Establish and maintain pro-active personal relationships with customers, particularly where the type of remedial work warrants closer management
- Measure and report customer satisfaction of service performance
- Report into Director of Customer Services when and if required
- Investigate persistent recurring warranty issues and audit our product and contractor performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in snagging inspections
- Broad understanding of the construction process and previous relevant experience
- Proven Management and leadership abilities
- Full UK Driving License is essential.
