Customer Care Manager job in Staffordshire

Customer Care Manager job working for a national housebuilder in their Midlands region. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who have new-build experience as well as Customer Service experience. They are offering a salary of circa £40,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance.

Our client was established 50 years ago, that now have 10 offices across the Midlands, East Anglia, South West, and the North West. They are now looking for a Customer Care Manager to join their busy team in the Midlands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with other departments within the company
  • Ensuring specific company systems records are maintained and kept up to date
  • Undertaking routine reviews of work being carried out by the Customer Care team
  • Highlight and report on repeated issues/common defects
  • Validating complaints and resolving problems quickly and efficiently, seeking guidance and support when and where required
  • Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your role
  • Undertake any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience within the new-build residential sector
  • Experience in a Customer Care environment
  • Knowledge of NHBC/LABC procedures
  • Full UK Driving License.

What you get back

  • Salary circa £40,000
  • 5% Bonus
  • Car Allowance of £5,160
  • 33 days holiday (Incl. Bank Holidays).
