I am now recruiting for 2 Customer Care Operatives to join a regional housebuilder on 12-month FTC's. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who have experience in maintenance and property. These positions are offering a salary of up to £30,000 + Company Van + Tools + Fuel Card.

Our client is a regional housebuilder that build luxury homes across Yorkshire and the North Midlands. They are now looking to add 2 Operatives to their Maintenance team on 12-month contracts with the possibility of a permanent opportunity.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Source materials efficiently and with the agreement of the Customer Service team
  • Maintain vehicles and material stock to ensure a reliable and prompt service
  • Implement any inspections of issues as required
  • Be proactive to reduce costs and improve standards
  • Account for expenses and produce records.
  • Maintain and build excellent relationships with customers and staff.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Multi-Skilled
  • Experience in new build sector
  • Full UK Driving License is essential.
