Customer Care Operative jobs working for one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK. Our client is looking for two Operatives to work on developments throughout the East Midlands. The role is offering a salary of £34,000 + Company Van + Tools + Fuel and Trade card.
Employing over 4000 people and delivering around 15,000 homes a year, our client is recognised as one of the biggest housebuilders in the UK. They are now looking for two Operatives to join their busy Customer Care team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise workloads in order to complete high-quality remedial works in a timely manner and in accordance with set targets
- Provide quality remedial works, ensuring compliance under the company procedures
- Minimise costs associated with remedial works and adhere to sign-off policies
- Identify any contra-charging opportunities
- Complete all required online reporting via company technology
- Facilitate accurate record keeping of defect resolution and root cause analysis
- Liaise with and monitor sub-contractors when required, complete inspections of reported defects, providing all details of agreed works for both customer and Coordinator sides
- Comply with responsibilities as defined the Group's HS&E.
Required Skills & Experience
- Competent in all aspects of maintenance
- Painting and Joinery experience is essential
- PASMA certificate is an advantage
- Current CSCS card
- Full UK driving license.
