Customer Care Technician Job in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
Customer Care Technician job working for a top housebuilder for their East Midlands region. Our client is looking for someone who has a multi-trade background and experience with a housebuilder. Offering a salary of £32,000 + Company Van, Tools, Fuel Card, and Bonus.
Our client provides homes of all tenures and is the largest delivery partner of Homes England. They employ over 1000 people across 11 offices nationwide and are still expanding. Our client is looking for someone to join their East Midlands team to cover sites in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, and Lincolnshire.
Role & Responsibilities
- To manage and continually improve the Customer Service experience for existing and potential customers to support our ambitions
- Understand, implement, and adhere to SHEQ policy and strategy
- Attend client visits as required which have been arranged by the Coordinator
- Ensure that the vehicle is stocked with the necessary building and decorating materials require for the job sheets
- Check all communications received regarding any additional works that arise during the week
- Ensure and maintain a high level of presentation at all times
- Make sure customer complaints are discussed with the coordinator and arrange appointments accordingly
- Abide by company policies at all times.
Required Skills & Experience
- Multi-skill trained
- Knowledge of NHBC Standards
- Knowledge of LABC Regulations
- Experience with a housebuilder is desirable.
