Location: Our depots in Crownhill and Torquay

Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months (possibility of being extended)



Responsibilities

As a Customer Liaison Officer, you'll be working within the South-West Water Team, supporting them in provide high quality drinking and waste water service throughout Cornwall, Devon, Bournemouth and small parts of Somerset.



Your day to day will include:

  • be responsible for delivering and supporting others to achieve excellent customer service on behalf of South-West Water and Kier
  • to ensure that our reputations for customer satisfaction are protected before, during and after delivery of works and any subsequent Regulatory measure or customer satisfaction score is impacted positively
  • where necessary, take ownership where South-West Water Key Account Customers are affected by works or events
  • proactively manage sensitive interactions - e.g. Planned Interruptions, Flooding of multiple properties


What are we looking for?

This role of Customer Liaison Officer is great for you if you have:



  • Experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Excellent communication skills and high standard of English, both verbal and written
  • IT Skills - MS Office suite to include Excel, Word and Email
