A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join a modern, innovative offsite housing supplier who are looking to strengthen their team through the appointment of a Customer Relations Manager.
Working with self-builder's, developers and volume housing customers, you will be responsible for ensuring you deliver a first-class service as a dedicated point of contact for the company's clients from initial order to project completion.
You will be building relationships and acting as the face of the company with the aim to delight at all times. You will be speaking with clients over the phone on a regular basis, occasionally visiting at home and on-site, helping with design options and ensuring a smooth and easy process.
About you:
Previous experience within a customer service or internal sales environment
Confident and outgoing personality
Excellent telephone manner
Strong communication skills
Excellent organisation skills
The Rewards:
Basic salary to £25,000
