Customer Relations Manager Job in Greater Manchester

Customer Relations Manager job is available, working for an established housebuilder, who operate in the North of England. Our client is now looking to speak with candidates who have experience within new-build property and possesses strong customer service skills.

Our client build high quality developments across the North of England and work throughout 10 offices. They are now looking for a Customer Relations Manager to oversee developments across their Merseyside and Greater Manchester areas.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the continuous drive to deliver 5* customer service by championing the customer journey
  • Actively support and liaise with the regional sales and build and the wider business to exceed customer expectation
  • Inspire and develop a collegiate regional Customer Care team to consistently deliver a high-level of performance
  • Support the regional team to accordingly set individual and team priorities and targets that optimise the customer experience
  • Act responsible for the Customer Relations team, including Advisors and Technicians.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in a management setting is preferred
  • New-Build homes experience
  • NHQC experience
  • Full UK Driving License is essential.
