Job Description
As a Customer Response Advisor, you'll deliver customer-focused support to car hire users and third parties, providing efficient, empathetic, and professional service. You'll handle complex queries, document cases accurately, and coordinate across teams to ensure seamless resolution and customer satisfaction.

Salary: PHP 25,000.00 - PHP 30,000.00

The Qualifications We Seek
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- A friendly and confident personality.
- Ability to empathize and build effective relationships with customers.
- PC literate to a good standard, with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Effective verbal and excellent written communication skills.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and responsive to change.
Additional/Optional Requirements:
- Experience in a Contact Centre environment.
- Experience in the Car Parking industry.
- Experience in Technical Help / Support environment.
Your Daily Tasks
- Provide a customer-focused service to all car hire users and third parties.
- Respond to each contact individually with empathy and professionalism.
- Proactively use company tools and platforms to resolve complex queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Respond to feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Log all faults accurately and promptly through proper channels.
- Record all customer interactions and coordinate with operational colleagues.
- Adhere to client policies and procedures while resolving customer queries.
- Ensure correct tariffs are paid and uphold a positive customer experience.
- Maintain company equipment with care.
- Participate in quarterly performance reviews and PDP development.
- Use various computer applications efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor or manager.
- Follow all office rules and regulations.
