Customer Service Associate (£17,500 per annum) permanent role based in Nottingham
Company
You will be working for a large Social Housing Organisation based in Nottingham and London, giving you an ideal opportunity to enhance your career and CV.
Job Role
You will be working as a Customer Service associate and a very busy call centre environment, dealing with customer queries as a first point of contact.
You will be dealing with telephone calls, personal visits, emails and written correspondence and web queries.
You will resolve customer queries at the first point of contact wherever possible, or correctly signpost the customer to the right department.
You will make sure the customer feels they are getting the best service possible to promote the organisations values.
You will work colleagues in the customer service centre and other departments within the organisation to improve service effectiveness.
You will have the opportunity through the performance management framework to continue to grow your housing /repairs knowledge, to support positive customer and team interactions.
Person
You will have previous experience in a similar call centre / customer service role, and be used to working in a fast paced environment.
You will have proven experience of consistently delivering against a set of customer service targets.
You will have a positive can do attitude, with a willingness to help people resolve there problems.
You will be educated to a minimum GSCE or equivalent in English Language, and have good IT skills
You will be available for a Telephone interview, and if successful you will then be asked to attend an assessment centre.
