Breedon are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the team, based at Leeds, Yorkshire.

Working within a team in a fast-paced environment you will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries. The office also provides a distribution centre for a network of local concrete plants.

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • An adept and timely response to customers' enquiries, queries and complaints in an efficient manner.
  • Developing our customer base and ensuring sufficient sales pipeline working with the Territory Sales Managers.
  • Proactive planning and tracking orders to completion.
  • Compiling and maintaining accurate records as required.
  • Communicating effectively with commercial, production and haulage partners.
  • An ability and desire to adapt cross functionally as and when required.
  • Identifying and contributing to managing your own personal development.
  • Full compliance with Competition Act 1998

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of delivering excellent customer service through sales and account management.

You will also be IT literate and an excellent communicator. Experience of working within the building materials industry would be an advantage.
