Customer Service Advisor

Location: Office based - Langston Road, Loughton

Business Area: Kier - Housing Maintenance

Contract: Permanent, full time - Monday to Friday, flexible hours considered between 35 and 40 hours per week

Kier Places are recruiting now for Customer Service Advisor's to join our Housing Maintenance team, where your role will be key to supporting the delivery of a planned maintenance & repair solution for our prestigious clients. You will be providing call handling and/or administrative support to your colleagues on our contracts, subcontractors & operatives, the client, and the residents of the houses managed by our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor with Kier Housing Maintenance, you will be responsible for providing a professional, efficient, and effective service delivery experience to both internal and external customers, to capture, record and distribute service calls onto the CAFM system. You will raise new work orders for contract managers and reactive work for the Kier engineers. There will also be the requirement to check subcontractor paperwork and make sure all correct information is shown and any corrections are made as and when required.

Just as importantly, we will also look to you to provide support to the management team; general contract administration support including reports, spreadsheets & memos; monitoring the inbox for administrative queries and flag any system errors to IT.

What do we need from you?

The ideal candidate will be competent in using the Microsoft Office suite, and it would be highly advantageous if you've had experience using CAFM / IWMS / workplace / work order management systems such as our in-house system Concept Evolution / FSI Go. You should also have some knowledge of & experience in similar industries to housing maintenance, construction, or property services; and have an office administration background.
