Responsibilities
Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and business connected.
In this role, you will be working on our Anglian Water Alliance, where we work on maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the water network.
In this role as Customer Service Advisor, you will be working on our IMDS Alliance and act as the key interface with our customers by planning and making appointments, gaining in-depth insight to their concerns & issues, whilst feeding this back to the business.
Your day to day will include:
- Liaising with customers, dealing with questions & queries, and redirecting them to the correct teams
- Ensure systems and databases are updated and provide analysis to a range of stakeholders to assist with performance management reviews against agreed levels of service
- Assist with the scheduling and planning of works
This role of Administrator is great for you if:
- You hold experience of customer service, particularly over the phone
- Excellent IT & communication skills
